Processing, Shipping, Exchange and Returns Policy

Production Partners:

At Mira Courtney LLC, we understand the importance of a seamless and efficient shipping process. We create all visual designs ourselves and partner with merchants to fulfill our orders at the time of purchase. By working with print shops, we can get the best of both worlds despite being a very small, family-owned business. We can focus on producing fantastic, one-of-a-kind designs while our merchants can focus on what they do best: optimizing their latest state-of-the-art production technologies, continuous progress in environmental sustainability (i.e. biodegradable and non-toxic inks), incredibly fast, individually tailored production, as well as mindful manufacturing practices. Additionally, our partnerships ensure efficiency on our end as they eliminate the need for bulk production and storage.

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, our production partners work diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment. Normal manufacturing and process times usually span 1-3 business days plus the additional shipping time.

Holiday delays: Please note that during peak seasons around the holidays (November and December) or promotional periods, processing times may be longer but generally do not exceed 3-5 days. Shipping around the holidays is also usually delayed but orders placed by the end of November should have ample time for both production and shipping in order to be delivered prior to December 24th. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Shipping Cost and Methods:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates while ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your items. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, so you can review and confirm before completing your purchase.

We do not have control over the shipping providers once the items are shipped. Thus, we will not refund shipping charges if the shipping carrier does not deliver the product per their guaranteed times. Please contact the shipping provider directly.

Please note that during peak seasons, shipping times may be longer. You will have to contact the shipping provider directly if a package is taking too long or you suspect it may be lost. Though the packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider once shipped from our manufacturing partners, we will do our best to assist in cases where the package status is unknow. Shipping Restrictions:

While our merchant partners strive to provide shipping services to as many locations as possible, there may be certain restrictions due to legal or logistical limitations. If you are having trouble with your order, please contact us at MiraCourtneyLLC@gmail.com. We will do our best to provide alternative solutions if available.

Exchange and Returns Policy:

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items or remit payments for returns because our orders are custom made at the time of purchase. To ship an item to the store, please send to:

Editing Orders within 12 hrs:

There are no guarantees, but we may be able to make adjustments to orders within 12 hrs of the time the purchase order is placed. Our production processors are very efficient and orders are usually in the processing queue withing a few hours of order placement but, nonetheless, please email us at MiraCourtneyLLC@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Please write “Edit Order” as the email subject and include your order number.

Damages and Defects:

As soon as you receive your order (within the first 10 days), please open the email with subject line "How was your recent delivery?". In that email, you will see a large button "Click here to let us know". Once you click that button, it will redirect you to a page with your order details where you can also find the buttons "Leave a review" and "Report a problem". Click on "Report a problem" and fill out the required information. You will need to submit a picture of the damage/defect. You can also email us at MiraCourtneyLLC@gmail.com. Title the email “Damaged Item” and include your order details as well as a picture of the item in your description. Customer support will be with you as soon as possible.

We do our best to do a proper representation of our product colors, designs and fit but please note that things like color vibrancy, opacity and design size perception can vary depending on computer/phone vibrancy and resolution settings as well as size of the model on which the product is displayed. The latter discrepancies are not considered defects or damages and we will not replace the items.
